A Commissioner of Police (COP) has allocated 27.30 acres of state land to himself.

The land is located in one of the Ramsar sites in the country.

According to documents intercepted by this website, the top police chief claims he acquired the land in 2005, knowing very well the land is state property.

Part of the documents read: “the 1st defendant says that he constructed separate fence wall around the perimeters of the entire land which average is 27.30 and that there is a Site Plan to that effect and that the land Plaintiff is falsely claiming falls within the said tract of land that the 1st defendant reduced into his possession.”
