Major General T. Oppong-Peprah, the Chief Of Staff of the Ghana Armed Forces has banned Mr. Adegbule Olatunde Durojaiye, also known as Kwame Dankwa or Ranger 1 from entering Burma Camp.
According to DAYBREAK sources, the ban was communicated to officers of the Ghana Armed Forces during a Command Mess meeting last week.
Although reasons for the action are sketchy DAYBREAK has stumbled upon conjectures pointing at the recent exposure of the recent corrupt arms deals by the security expert.
Officers DAYBREAK spoke to are upset about the action of the General for asking that they avoid association with Ranger 1 lest they risk their careers. ‘How can Tom tell us not to associate with Ranger 1.. Ranger 1 was his friend and if they have an issue, he should not bring us into it’ an angry officer told DAYBREAK.
Before the assumption of power by the NPP the two pals were so close that Ranger 1 was virtually sleeping in then Brigadier General Oppong-Peprah’s residence.
